Hifz Teacher (Male)
NAMCC Campus

Full-time Program
Monday - Friday 
8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

& Part-time Program
Monday to Thursday
5:00 PM-7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Full time hifz class and part time Maktab class.

  • Provide academic and spiritual mentorship to students, encouraging their personal and spiritual growth.

  • Evaluate student performance through assessments, feedback, and personalized guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Complete memorization of the entire Quran, particularly in the Qira'at Hafs, with excellent Tajweed.

  • Some knowledge about the Deen, including Fiqh of Salah, etc.

  • Must be Mutadayin and a role model for the students.

  • Should use modern teaching tools, not traditional methods.

  • Passion for teaching and love for his job.

 
Experience:
Should have experience in how to teach and manage the class smoothly.

After School Program Teacher (Female)
ICBC Campus
5:30 PM-7:00 PM
Monday to Thursday

Qualifications:

  • Teach Qur'an & Islamic Studies classes

  • Strong Tajweed background

  • Make a progress plan for each student.

  • Work with parents and students to achieve goals. 

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Strong time management and class management skills
     

Alimah (Female Teacher)
GIC Campus
Deen Intensive Program
10:00 AM-2:00 PM
Monday to Thursday

Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Alimah to lead and teach our Deen Intensive Program, delivering Islamic education and mentoring students spiritually and academically.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Sarf, Nahw, Hadith, Fiqh, Aqeedah, and Tarbiyah within the Deen Intensive 

  • Provide academic and spiritual mentorship to students, encouraging their personal and spiritual growth.

  • Evaluate student performance through assessments, feedback, and personalized guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Alimiyah Program or a related field from a recognized institution.

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of Islamic sciences, including Quran, Hadith, Fiqh, and Aqeedah.

  • Proven experience in teaching and curriculum development.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to inspire and connect with students from diverse backgrounds.

  • Proficiency in English and/or other relevant languages.

Administrative
Assistant

NAMCC Campus
Part-Time (10 hrs/week)

Financial Duties:

  • Tracking fee payments

  • Managing accounting and fee collection and following up with parents regarding due diligence

  • Reporting expenses and filing documents

Support Tasks:

  • Printing and preparing documents

  • Managing office supplies

  • Maintaining personnel records

Miscellaneous Tasks:

  • Handling special requests from management

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong time management skills

  • Discretion in handling sensitive information
